【Pharmacological action】

Pharmacodynamics Amoxicillin is a β-lactam antibiotic with broad-spectrum antibacterial action. Antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial

The activity is basically the same as that of ampicillin, and the antibacterial activity against most gram-positive bacteria is slightly weaker than that of penicillin, against penicillase

Sensitive and therefore ineffective against penicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. For gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Proteus,

Salmonella, Haemophilus, Brucella and Pasteurella have strong effects, but these bacteria are easy to produce drug resistance.

Not sensitive to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Because its absorption in monogastric animals is better than ampicillin, the blood concentration is higher, so it is perfect

The curative effect of physical infection is better. It is suitable for respiratory system, urinary system, skin and soft tissue infection caused by sensitive bacteria.

The pharmacokinetic amoxicillin is quite stable to gastric acid and is absorbed by 74% to 92% of monogastric animals after internal administration. Gastrointestinal contents affect the rate of absorption, but not the degree of absorption, so it can be mixed feeding. After the same dose of internal administration, the serum concentration of amoxicillin is 1.5 to 3 times higher than that of ampicillin.

【Drug Interaction】 

（1）The combination of this product with aminoglycosides can increase the concentration of the   latter in bacteria, showing a synergistic effect.

（2）Fast acting bacteriostatic agents such as macrolides, tetracycline and amide alcohols interfere    with the bactericidal effect of this product and are not suitable for use.

【Effect and Use】 

β-lactam antibiotics. For the treatment of amoxicillin sensitive gram-positive and Gram-negative infections in chickens.

【Usage and Dosage】

Calculated with this product，Oral administration: one dose, 0.2~0.3g for each 1kg body weight of chicken, twice a day, for successive 5 days;

Mixed drinking: 0.6g for every 1L of water for 3 to 5 days.

【Untoward Effect】

The product as a strong interference effect on the normal gastrointestinal tract. 

【Cautions】 

(1) Chickens that lay eggs for human consumption shall not be used during the laying period.

(2) Gram-positive bacteria that are resistant to penicillin should not be used.
